Cheddar Spinach-Stuffed Chicken


1 expansive chicken bosom

1 cut infant Swiss cheddar

1 cut provolone cheddar

1 thin cut ham

5 - 8 infant spinach leaves

½ glass flour

2 eggs, beaten

⅔ glass breadcrumbs

Oil for singing

Salt and pepper to taste

1. Cut a pocket into the side of the chicken bosom.

2. Season chicken with salt and pepper.

3. Stack the two cheeses and spinach over the ham and move up firmly.

4. Stuff the chicken with the roll and press the edges of the chicken together to make a seal.

5. Place the flour, eggs, and bread scraps into 3 separate dishes.

6. Being mindful so as to shield the chicken from opening, dunk the stuffed chicken in the flour, shaking off the overabundance. At that point dunk the floured chicken into the egg, at that point breadcrumbs, at that point egg and breadcrumbs once more. Coat equally and shake off any abundance breading.

7. Warmth oil in a cast iron container over medium warmth and preheat stove to 375ºF/190°C.

8. Sear the chicken until brilliant dark colored on the two sides.

9. When the chicken is browned, put into a heating dish and prepare for 20 minutes, or until the inside temperature of the chicken achieves at least 165ºF/75ºC.
