2 lb Boneless Skinless hicken Thighs
1 container Flour

2 tsp Pepper
2 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 Egg
1/4 container Milk
3 tbsp Butter
1/4 container Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Honey
1 tsp minced Garlic
1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper FLakes
12 oz Frozen Broccoli
2 container uncooked White Rice
4 container Water
