Chia pudding recipes, December 14, 2022December 14, 2022 This creamy, lightly sweetened pud is surprisingly filling due to the soluble fibre in chia seeds – topped with quickly cooked apples, it’s a simple and healthy brekkie. Ingredients 500ml oat milk100g chia seeds2 tsp vanilla extract1 tbsp maple syrup3 Braeburn apples, peeled, cored and chopped30g raisins½ tsp ground cinnamon Method Put the oat milk, chia seeds, vanilla and maple syrup in a large bowl. Stir to combine then cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6-8 hours. Combine the apples, raisins and cinnamon with 3 tbsp of water in a medium pan. Put over a medium heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes until the apples are softened. Remove from the heat and leave to cool completely. Give the chia pudding a good stir and divide between four serving glasses. Top with the apple mixture to serve. Uncategorized
